As a young technician, Mr. Gao Shucheng honed his skills in steel pipe forming processes through extensive hands-on work in the steel pipe workshop. His pragmatic attitude and unwavering commitment to quality control established the operational standards that remain integral to our corporate culture.

• June 2002: Tianjin Yuantai Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. was established.
• Core products: Square and rectangular steel pipes, and hot-dip galvanized welded steel pipes.
• Initial registered capital: USD 10 million.

• May 2004: Tangshan Lituo Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (subsidiary) was established.
• Core business: Square and rectangular straight-seam welded hollow steel pipes.
• Registered capital: US$10 million.

• Tianjin Yuantai Square & Rectangular Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in April 2005.
• Registered capital: US$2 million.
• By this time, our products had secured a leading position in the domestic market and expanded into over 30 international markets, including the European Union, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
• In October 2005, Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group registered the "Yuantai" trademark and actively prepared for the launch of the "Yuantai Run" brand.

• In August 2007, Tianjin Yuantai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Advanced Private Enterprise" by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government.
• At the end of 2007, the company was recognized by the government as an "Enterprise with Annual Tax Payments Exceeding RMB 5 Million."
• At the end of 2008, the company was named one of the "Top 10 Pipeline Marketing Enterprises" of the year.
• At the end of 2009, Yuantai Derun Group ranked second among local enterprises recognized for "Outstanding Contributions to Tax Revenue."

• March 2010: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. was officially established.
• Formed as a large-scale joint venture integrating pipeline logistics and pipeline trading.
• Business scope: High-frequency welded (HFW) black/galvanized square pipes and spiral welded pipes.
• May 2010: The Group registered the "Yuantai Derun" trademark, embarking on a journey of brand innovation.
• Group registered capital: US$20 million.
• Also in March 2010: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Investment Co., Ltd. was established.
• Strategic focus: Development of the steel pipe industry chain and industrial real estate.

• December 2010: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was named one of the "Top Ten Enterprises" by the local government.

• In November 2012, Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was selected as one of China's top 100 growth SMEs.
• In August 2013, Tianjin Yuantai Jianfeng Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Tianjin Derun Runfeng Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was established, specializing in hot-dip galvanizing processing, with a registered capital of US$8 million.
• In September 2013, Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was recognized as a certified supplier by Alibaba.
• In November 2013, Tianjin Yuantai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Top 100 Enterprises in Social Responsibility (Donation)".
• At the end of 2013, Tianjin Yuantai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was named one of the "Top 100 Enterprises in Tianjin in terms of Sales Revenue" and one of the "Top 100 Enterprises in Tianjin in Promoting Employment".
• In May 2014, Tianjin Yuantai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" by the municipal government.

• In March 2015, Tianjin Yuantai Yuanda Anti-corrosion and Insulation Pipe Co., Ltd. was established, expanding its anti-corrosion and insulation pipe product line. It specializes in the production and sales of spiral welded pipes, with a registered capital of US$2 million.
• In May 2015, Yuantai Derun Group obtained EU CE certification.
• In August 2015, Tangshan Yuantai Derun Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the trade of steel strips and steel pipes, with a registered capital of US$1 million.
• In August 2015, Yuantai Derun Group entered the ranks of China's Top 500 Private Enterprises.

• March 2016: Tianjin Yuantai Derun International Trade Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of US$2 million, primarily to handle the Yuantai Group's international import and export business.
• April 2016: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group became an executive director member of the Cold-Formed Steel Branch of the China Steel Structure Association.
• November 2016: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was named one of the "Top 10 Steel Pipe Manufacturing Enterprises."
• November 2016: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group obtained the SGS China qualification certificate specifically for the manufacture of cold-formed steel for steel structures.
• August 2015: Yuantai Derun Group was ranked among the "Top 500 Private Enterprises in China."
• End of 2016: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was designated a "Model Enterprise for Creditworthiness" by the National Credit Information System.

• March: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was named one of the "Top 10 Steel Brands" by Mysteel.com.
• August: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was ranked among China's top 10 steel processing enterprises.
• August: The "Yuantai Derun" brand won the Gold Award at the 11th China Brand Festival, presented by the Brand Alliance.
• October: Yuantai Derun Group won the bid for the "Million Feddan Land Reclamation Project" in Egypt—a "Belt and Road" initiative—securing an exclusive contract to supply 70,000 tons of structural steel pipe for the construction of the world's largest agricultural greenhouse complex.
• November: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group obtained certification from Bureau Veritas (BV).
• December: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was rated as a "5A" manufacturing enterprise and a "3A" credit-rated enterprise by the China Metal Circulation Association.
• Market Reach: Expanded export network to over 70 countries and regions across the EU, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

• October: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group’s products obtained Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) certification.
• November: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group won the bid for the Dubai Hills project, with a contract volume of 4,200 tons.
• November: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group was awarded the title of "National High-Tech Enterprise."
• November: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group had the honor of being the first company to sign a contract with a foreign enterprise at the inaugural China International Import Expo (CIIE) and was featured in a special report on CCTV’s evening news on November 11. The Group also provided products and services for the construction of venues for the Dubai Expo 2020 and the Qatar World Cup 2022.
• Late 2018: Tianjin Yuantai Derun Group secured an order for the Dubai Expo 2020 project, with a contract volume of 5,500 tons.

• March: Tianjin Yuanrun Group obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.
• First half of the year: Obtained US LEED certification for eco-friendly building materials.
• Implemented a new square tube production line (ranging from 500×500mm to 200×200mm) featuring fully automated production—covering the entire process from size changeover to finished product output via automated electrical control.
• Commissioned a JCOE large-diameter longitudinal submerged arc welded (LSAW) pipe production line (φ355–1420mm).
• July: Achieved a breakthrough in material innovation by developing a revolutionary double-sided explosion-bonded stainless steel rectangular tube, combining the structural strength of carbon steel with the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
