Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 2002, formerly known as Tianjin Yuantai Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. The company is located in the Daqiuzhuang Industrial Zone of Jinghai District, Tianjin—one of the largest steel pipe manufacturing bases in China. It benefits from a highly strategic location, close to National Highways 104 and 205, and only about 40 kilometers from Tianjin New Port, providing excellent access to both domestic and international logistics networks.

With this advantageous geographical position, we ensure efficient transportation, fast delivery, and seamless supply chain services for both inland and coastal markets.

Yuantai Derun Group operates 65 ERW/HFW welded pipe production lines, 26 hot-dip galvanizing lines, 10 pre-galvanized pipe lines, 8 photovoltaic mounting structure lines, 6 ZMA steel pipe lines, 3 spiral welded pipe lines, and 2 ZMA steel coil lines, alongside advanced JCOE/LSAW/SSAW welding capabilities. The company produces square pipes ranging from 10x10x0.5mm to 1000x1000x60mm, rectangular pipes from 10x15x0.5mm to 800x1200x60mm, and round pipes from 10.3mm to 2032mm in diameter, with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 80mm.

The company holds over 100 technical patents for hollow structural sections. Its production portfolio includes ERW, HFW, LSAW, SSAW, seamless, hot-rolled, cold-drawn, and hot-finished products. Raw materials are primarily sourced from state-owned steel mills such as HBIS, Shougang Group, Baosteel, TPCO, and Hengyang Steel.

Yuantai Derun Group has an annual production capacity of 5 million tons, with a maximum potential capacity of 10 million tons. The company also prioritizes research into advanced technologies and the application of state-of-the-art equipment; its 500x500mm, 300x300mm, and 200x200mm production lines represent the most advanced technology in China, featuring fully automated, electronically controlled processes ranging from forming to finishing.
